If you hosted an FMBC Regional Show last year, FMBC has preset the form based on the information we had about your previous show in order to simplify your submittal. You can and should, of course, make any changes and corrections you wish for this calendar year.

DEFINE YOUR
SHOW
When you are ready to begin, double-check the information we have entered, add in your default e-mail address (that is where our system will automatically send your password, should you forget it) and then click the appropriate button in the
STATUS
section at the bottom of the page.
Be certain that you correctly define your show and that you check the captions that will be judged and indicate if you do not plan to judge a specific caption as well. Other sections of this form will automatically change and adjust based on your responses.
Sect 2
CSJA
In this area you must indicate if you plan to use CSJA to hire some of your judges. If you indicate yes, FMBC will send a copy to CSJA to confirm that they understand that you plan to use their services.
Sect 3
ENTER NAMES
OF JUDGES
Based on your Show Definition in Section 1, there will be a space to put the name of the judges for each caption. It is important that this be accurate

If you get to Section 3 and you had planned to judge a caption such as Drum Major, and there is no place to insert the name of the Drum Major judge, it means that the Show Definition in Section 1 did not indicate that you planned to have this caption adjudicated.
To fix the problem, return to the Section 1 and check
'YES'
to indicate that you plan to have that caption judged at your show. If a caption is displayed, and you do NOT intend to intend to hire a judge to evaluate that caption, simply return to Section 1 and check
'NO'
for that caption. Follow the same logic for all of the captions that will be judged.
If you have indicated that you will host a Prelims-Finals show, there will be a place to enter the captions and the judges names for both prelims and finals.
You do not have to know the names of all of your judges when you first submit the form. You can leave some names blank if you wish. You can always come back later using your FMBC password and add those names and/or make changes.
If you have any problems or questions, contact the FMBC Technical Coordinator. Contact information is available on the website "Contact Us" page. Confirm the spelling of the school name , the show name, and the date of your show. Select the
'Enter and Submit any or all of your Judge's Names'
option on the
'Form Status'
button below when you are ready to begin.
DEADLINE
THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING THE NAMES OF YOUR PROPOSED JUDGES IS JUNE 1st
FMBC respectfully requests that you submit the names of the judges you plan to use to FMBC no later than the first day of June. This provides adequate time for the Adjudicator Review Committee to review your selections and respond without the pressure of last-minute adjustments.
You can update your list at any time, using your FMBC Password.
