This form is intended for use in submitting information about YOUR FMBC REGIONAL to the FMBC staff. The details you submit about your show will be posted on our website to help you promote your show. We will also use this information when preparing the materials which we will send to your for your show, including judging sheets, and FMBC's Surescore Recap Software.
To access the form, enter your FMBC Username and your FMBC Password. If you have forgotten your password, enter the e-mail address you provided when you registered your show, and your password will be e-mailed to that address.
If you have not yet entered an e-mail address, you can do so after you access the form.
