FMBC REQUEST TO HOST A 2009 FMBC REGIONAL SHOW



Answer all of the questions below and submit to FMBC.  If did not host an FMBC show last year, the FMBC Executive Director or the Regional Show Coordinator will be in contact with you to discuss the details of your show.  Please submit your information only once.

You can send us an email or call the FMBC Office at any time to discuss the status of your show.  Click on the CONTACT US Link on the FMBC Website for contact information, including current e-mail addresses and phone numbers.  

If your show is approved as an FMBC Regional Show, once your application fees have been paid, your show information will be posted on the FMBC Website, and you will be provided with a password that will allow you to update your show information at any time.

SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION


When you click the 'SUBMIT' button,  the data will be checked for errors and omissions.  If there is a problem, you will be asked to correct the problem before your show request can be submitted.  (The field containing an error will be highlighted in Bright Red).  You must correct your entry or the form will not be submitted to FMBC.

Please see the FMBC Website section on Tournament Rules for detailed information on the benefits and responsibilities of FMBC Regional Show Hosts.  If your show is accepted as an FMBC Regional, there will be a one-time fee of $250, which we use to cover basic costs.  No other Show Host fees are collected by FMBC - the profits from your show go directly to your program.
