Payment Information

No registrations accepted by mail or PayPal after June 15th, 2008.
Your only option after June 15th is to pay in CASH at the door, space permitted.

No Refunds after May 15, 2008. Any refunds will be made in the same manner it was paid. We are NOT responsible for any charges from PayPal on refunds.

Changes in registration (adding or subtracting Bash days) will be refunded or charged at the going Bash rate on the date the change request is made.

These prices are for all bash functions, in the spirit of meeting new friends and being part of a plus size community, we do NOT have separated event pricing.

Please be aware that at times venue changes may be necessary due to weather for outside events. If we can't party outside we'll move it inside, but the party will go on. Nothing stops our Bashers! (no refunds will be given based on weather and venue changes.)

The Bash is like a buffet, you can pick and choose which events you would like to attend. Your 3 Day Bash registration allows you to attend all events from noon on Friday, July 18th - noon Sunday July 20th.

Mail-in registration in registration is no longer an option, the cutoff date was June 15th.

Registration confirmation: Due to the high volume of registrations. Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your Bash registration confirmation. If you don't get a confirmation within 2 weeks please email us but please, please, please wait 2 weeks. Your patients is greatly appreciated.
