Payment is due five days after you submit this registration form. Please pay for each class with a seperate check. Checks should be made payable to: "BOCES Teacher Center". Please attach a note stating the name(s) of each class you are registering for. You will receive a confirmation notice either by e-mail or mail a week prior to the class. We are required to invoice those who register and do not attend. Consider yourself officially registered unless you are notified by the Teacher Center.
