This form is to be completed by the following groups of Journalism School graduates: October 2007 graduates; February 2008 graduates and May 2008 graduates.

May 2008 graduates must first verify that their diploma applications have been received by looking for their names in the March 4 diploma application verification e-mail from Dean Huff. If your name is not there, please see this DOS blog posting for instructions.

October 2007 graduates should have already received their diplomas. February 2008 graduates should receive their diplomas by mid-March.

You are required to complete this form even if you do not plan to participate in our graduation ceremony.

Please note that this includes dual-degree students who are completing the Journalism portion of their degrees. You are eligible to march with your classmates even though you won't receive your actual diploma until you have finished both degrees.
