CSPUPPIES LIMITED PET WARRANTY POLICY, AGREEMENT & ONLINE CONTRACT.








  1. AGREEMENTS: It is understood that all shipped puppies will include an Interstate Health Certificate and will be certified healthy (or fit for sale) at the time of sale. Within 5 days of arrival/pickup date (allowing an extra day for holidays); the buyer must take the puppy to their vet to verify the health of the puppy or the warranty becomes null & void. If a serious condition is found, the buyer must report the problem to the seller immediately before taking any actions.
  2. LIFE TIME HEALTH GUARANTEES:
    The seller defines "Lifetime" referred herein as a period of ten (10) years from the puppy's date of birth. Within this period, if the dog dies due to genetic or congenital defects & disorders, CSpuppies will replace this puppy with another of the same or lower value and the buyer must pay for replacement shipping costs. Also if the dog is found with a life threatening genetic or hereditary problem/disease, CSpuppies will exchange the dog for another of equal or lower value. The buyer is responsible to pay both ways delivery costs.
  3. COMMUNICABLE DISEASE WARRANTY: In the event of death of the pet due to canine parvovirus (within 10 days) or Canine Distemper (within 35 days). CSpuppies will replace this puppy with another of the same or lower value and the buyer must pay for replacement shipping costs. (Death, euthanasia and/or disease report issued by a licensed veterinarian is required “NOT THE BILL”)
  4. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY.
  5. LOCAL SALES: If the puppy becomes ill due to a deadly disease within 10 days, local customers may return the puppy for an exchange or store credit.
  6. NON-LOCAL SALES: Customers who had their puppy delivered can return the puppy if it is found with a deadly genetic disorder.
  7. The seller will not accept any returns of the pet, including but not limited to allergies, Landlord/Tenant, marital, adjustment problems, etc.
  8. REPLACEMENTS POLICY: The buyer has the option to have a replacement of the new puppy anytime within the next 24 months from the date when the first puppy died. Sex & color of original puppy will be considered but NOT guaranteed in the replacement puppy.
  9. LIMITATIONS & DISCLAIMER:
  10. Under no circumstances will cash refunds be given. This warranty will only replace, exchange or give you store credit.
  11. After the puppy has been shipped, released & health certified, as established by the law, the seller is not longer responsible for the puppy’s care and the buyer assumes any and all expenses related but not limited to vet bills for checkups, diagnosis, treatments, health care, hospitalizations, accessories, euthanasia fees, cremation or disposal fees, etc. (vets may be very expensive & the seller can’t control that, it all depends on where the buyer lives. The buyer can always rely on returning the dog, euthanasia option, or sign over to a shelter/vet clinic. Only the buyer can make those decisions and we take no responsibilities for actions or financial decisions made by the buyer. All buyers must rely 100% on their veterinarian professionalism and honesty). Honest Vets won’t charge a fortune for a diagnosis. Most can rely on physical symptoms to determine if it has a deadly illness and decide if euthanasia or treatment should be applied.
  12. The seller disclaims any and all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness and under no circumstances the seller can guarantee expected size, personality, temperament, color, ear set, breeding ability, house breaking ability, coat type, clipped/unclipped tails, tail size, show ability or generations.
  13. This warranty does not include hernias (known or unknown), small heart murmurs, colds, over/under bite, ear mites, kennel cough, hyperglycemia, diarrhea, parasites (Internal & externals) & coccidias (worms and coccidias are 100% preventable and treatable) or any non-life threatening problems like hip dysphasia, luxating patella (which can be cause by negligence or inappropriate care) or other conditions that may require surgery; once again; it is the buyer's responsibility to purchase a pet health insurance to cover these situations or return the dog for an exchange.
  14. The warranty will NOT cover neglect, abuse, lost or stolen pets. This warranty is non-transferable.
  15. Our puppies are sold as "pets" only and no registration papers will be offered or included unless advertised on each listing.
  16. The value of the pet for the purpose of this guarantee is solely the original purchase price, and does not include any additional prices declared by the buyer.
  17. All lemon laws from other states are null and void; this warranty fulfils & complies in full with the laws in the state of Texas where CSPUPPIES is located.
  18. Do not buy a puppy online if you are extremely picky about shipping dates, pickup times. Seller reserves the right to delay or reschedule the flight due to emergencies beyond our control or puppies not being ready to fly.
  19. Seller guarantees that the buyer will receive the exact puppy discussed via email, in pictures, and over phone with the buyer. (However there may be a slight or significant difference in color from picture to puppy. (flash light, room light, days to weeks after picture, and more factors can influence to a slight or significant difference)
  20. Once a payment has been made for certain puppy, switching will not be allowed since this affects drastically our tight schedule. An exception will be made is original puppy becomes ill and is unable to be shipped within 20 days.
  21. No replacement will be given if the Puppy has been bred.
  22. Do not expect anything else that is not written on this contract. Venue and jurisdiction for litigation arising out of or related to CSpuppies shall lie exclusively in Hidalgo County, Texas.
  23. SIZE EXPECTATIONS: We can only guess on size but there are no guarantees. A dog may not get as big as we think or may get bigger than we think. Size is never guaranteed however we will compensate by refunding $10 dollars for every extra pound and such refund will not be more than $100.
  24. SIZE RESTRICTIONS: In order for this warranty to be applied, there must be a difference greater than 5 lbs, the dog must be at least 1 year old and must not be overweight. This warranty is void if previous refunds, discounts or compensations have been applied. Refunds for size will not exceed the amount of $100.
  25. DELIVERY POLICY & AGREEMENT: Buyers agree to pre-pay all delivery costs at their own expenses; these fees include the flight ticket, a health certificate, and the travel crate/kennel. The buyer is 100% responsible for any transportation costs to and from the Seller. The buyer is also responsible to pick up such puppy at the airport; neither the seller nor the airlines would accept liability if the puppy is abandoned at the airport. The buyer subject to any and all additional kenneling fees.
  26. CANCELLATION FEES: We will apply a $200.00 cancellation fee which will be deducted & held as store credit. This credit will remain available for the next 12 Months. This cancellation fee is waived if CSPUPPIES cancels the order due to illness or if such puppy becomes unavailable for sale. This cancellation fee policy takes effect immediately even if the buyer has not submitted the warranty.
    $200 Deposits are non-refundable and will be held as credit for a period of 12 months.
  27. EUTHANASIA: Within the warranty period, the buyer may authorize his/her vet to euthanize the puppy if it was found with a life threatening/deadly communicable disease (Parvo and distemper) or a deadly congenital disorder. Euthanasia is NOT accepted under any other circumstances.
