ICLEI's Low Carbon City Agenda addresses low-emission development as a signpost to sustainability and global climate change mitigation. Coordinated by the Bonn Center for Local Climate Action and Reporting (carbonn Center), this Agenda offers local governments guidance, tools and technical support, as well as a global reporting platform for cities. These activities are enhanced by global climate advocacy on behalf of cities around the globe, to empower them.
