Alchemy of Transformation Workshop



Alchemy Workshops Registration Policy, October 2007:  A $50 down payment is required to hold your space in the workshop.

Alchemy Workshops Student Cancellation Policy:
A refund of the amount paid will be provided, minus a $25 processing fee per workshop if cancellation is prior to 2 weeks before the workshop start date.  Cancellations within 2 weeks of the workshop start date will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee.





All information is collected using secure server encryption.  Your credit card will not be charged until all information has been reviewed.  Please use spaces or dashes in credit card number for clarity/accuracy.



Center For Energy Medicine Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation by Center For Energy Medicine (CEM), a refund of the full tuition paid to Carrie Bodane, or CEM will be provided.  CEM receives the right to cancel the workshop up to 2 weeks before the scheduled date.   Upon cancellation, other expenses of the student will not be reimbursed.
