Register your 4-5 year old to start the Let's Play Music program in 2014-2015! By submitting this registration form, you will choose your class time preferences for the 2014-2015 session. Please submit your $25 registration fee to secure your spot for class starting Fall 2014. Spots will be reserved in the order I receive registration fees. Thank you!

When selecting your class time, remember that 1st year parents attend with the children twice a month. I will do my best to accomodate your first choice of class time, but will go back to who turned in their registration fee first if there is a conflict, so don't delay! (Especially if you have a sticky schedule next year!!) Please call me if you have any questions.

Materials:are purchased online in March via the Let's Play Music website. You will receive my teacher code and the details about materials in March. Materials are $88 or $39 for a sibling set. Materials include a set of Tone Bells, two Student Manuals-one for each semester, two Home Study CD's, Bug Rhythm Flashcards, and a logo Tote Bag.

Registration Fee: $25 per student, payable to the certified teacher, Lily Hight

Tuition: $50 monthly installments, $400 for the full year, or $200 per semester

Once materials are purchased, they can't be refunded. However, if there is a problem contact the teacher for options.

There is a mandatory orientation meeting for the parents approximately one week before class starts.

You will receive your student's materials at the orientation meeting.

At the beginning of August, you will receive a Welcome Email confirming your class time.

It is anticipated that your child will continue in my studio throughout the three year Let's Play Music curriculum.
