Sponsorship Options for State of the States in Head Injury Meeting

Banquet Sponsors Banquet sponsorship opportunities are available to companies and organizations seeking the highest level of visibility and recognition among meeting participants. The sponsorship includes one complimentary meeting registration, signage during the banquet event, and acknowledgement in the opening general session. Opportunities include:

Exhibitor for SOS

Exhibits: Showcase your products and services in exhibit space that is integrally arranged around meeting and banquet functions. Exhibitors receive an 8’ by 10’ space, a 6’ table, and chair. Your exhibit fee comes with a 25-word description in the final program and one complimentary meeting registration. If you have any questions please email Jeff Henderson at jphenderson@nashia.org. Exhibits may be set up on Tuesday, October 27th after 3pm and dismantled on Friday October 30th by 12 pm.
