Thank you very much for participating in this celebration of Oakland’s businesses and artists. Your edible creations will enliven the evening and showcase the best of Oakland!
We think you will find the evening both inspiring and helpful to your business – as we’ll celebrate with lots of Oakland lovers, businesses, artists, city staff, bank representatives, and more! To ensure that everyone’s expectations are stated and met, please take a moment to fill out our form. We aim to keep our cherished vendors and guests happy.
Event Information
Oakland Indie Awards, Co-hosted by OneCalifornia Foundation and East Bay Express
Thursday, May 31st from 6:30 – 10:30pm
Kaiser Center, 300 Lakeside Drive
Vendor Loading and Day-Of Details
We will send details about loading, set-up and other information in an email as the event nears.
Greening the Event
We are working very closely with the City of Oakland's Environmental Services Division to make this event as green as possible.
We are providing compostable serviceware, reducing waste where possible, and providing compost bins at the site. We ask that you help us reduce waste and save energy as well. Thanks for making the Indie Awards an event to be both excited about and proud of!

Savory appetizers/tastings, wine, tea, juice and desserts for 1500 guests
Each vendor will provide a minimum of 800 tastings
