Jury Selection Process
A committee will select among applicants based on original work and creative and skilled quality. A variety of media is necessary among the final selections and earlybird applications will be reviewed first until the booth spaces are filled. (limited to 30 booth spaces). The jury committee also reserves the right to exclude any exhibitor whose work is not consistent with slides or photos submitted.
Set-Up Guidelines
Artists must be set up by 10 AM. Each space will accommodate a 10' x 10' tent. A tent is not required but all displays must not exceed the allocated space. Booth tear down is anytime after 8 PM. Artists are allowed (1) vehicle in a designated artist-only lot. Electricity may be provided by the Festival or artists may provide their own portable generator. Only approved portable, quiet generators will be allowed.
Booth guidelnes
Please prepare to use weights to secure tent poles on paved areas, and stake your tent on the grassy areas. The Festival is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods or any weather related consequences. Commercially manufactured goods may not be sold. Artists are responsible for collecting State sales tax on items sold. Artists are expected to be in attendance at the Festival. Booth demonstrations are encouraged and may be announced from the stages.
