Funding requests are confidential.
Funding from Hillel is given by reimbursement only upon meeting the following requirements:
1. Submit receipts totalling at least the amount of the funding requested.
2. Submit 1-3 photos taken at the event.
3. Submit a letter addressed to St. Louis Hillel thanking our generous donors for the funding and detailing what the experience meant to you.
4. Have a follow-up meeting with a Hillel staff member to debrief your experience and discuss how you can bring back what you learned to the campus Jewish community.
Allow 2 weeks for processing once materials are submitted to receive your reimbursement check.
