The Pet Society adopts out many dogs in a year. Most of the dogs / puppies that come to us are either Strays or from a shelter we DO NOT GURRANTEE HEALTH! The person adoptiong the dog/puppy is responsilble for the dog/puppy after adoption including any and all medical needs . Please read all questions and sign .

All Adoption fees are for the dogs. I understand there is no refund given that my donation is to help other dogs/puppies in need and will not ask for a refund after adoption. Please sign your name in box

Dog and puppies in shelters are in a stressful enviroment which causes their immune system to weaken. This often results in respiratory infections and or canine cough / kennel cough. Symptoms may include coughing ,sneezing,discharge form the nose and eyes.This can be treated with antibiotics. However these same symptoms can also be present with more serious disease. PLEASE SIGN YOUR NAME IN BOX BELOW

By signing my name below I agree and do not hold The Pet Society or any Reprensentives liable for any medical or behavioral issues the dog/puppy may have. I agree once the dog /puppy leaves rescue it is my Duty to accept all responsibilty including medical , behavioral and training . I agree not to slander rescue if any issues arise after adoption .We do our best to help all dogs in our rescue , sometimes we can hold a dog/puppy for 2-3 weeks with no problems but after it leaves a medical problem can arise we are aware of this . We simply cannot treat any dog/puppy if it is not having any symptoms while in rescue so you must understand the puppy/dog can get sick after adotion.
If puppy / dog does gets sick , I will contact rescue if i am not able to treat puppy/dog with a vet I will surrender it back to rescue, with no refund. Please sign your name in the box
