Over 70-years ago, the Folsom Chamber of Commerce led the effort to incorporate Folsom a city and today, our fine city is recognized for being among the BEST PLACES to raise a family in California.

To be a voice for business, the Folsom Chamber of Commerce established a political action committee, JobsPAC, that contributes financially to candidates and causes for the purpose of growing the economy, creating jobs and protecting the overall quality of life for Folsom residents and small business community.

Contributions to Folsom JobsPAC are not tax deductible for federal or state income tax purposes. State law requires us to collect the name, address, occupation and employer of contributors of $50 or more in a calendar year. The PAC reports contributors of $100 or more. Folsom JobsPAC is permitted to accept contributions from individuals, corporations, partnerships, and most other sources. Contributors of $10,000 or more in campaign contributions to California state and/or local candidates, ballot measures, PACs and/or political parties in a calendar year are “Major Donors” and maintain their own reporting obligations.
