Mutton Busting Registration

This event (contest) will be held during the Rodeo events. It is open to any child age 5 or 6 years and not weighing more than 55 pounds. Entry fee is $50 (includes a GA ticket for contestant). All entries will be awarded an official T-shirt and a belt buckle. Also, prizes are awarded for 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd Place each night. There will be no Final Championship! Each entry shall have a parent or guardian present. Each entry must show proof of medical insurance and show the child’s birth certificate. You can upload the documents using the link provided.

Please check in from 6:30 pm - 7:00 pm at the lower level gate “Mutton Busting” table at the rodeo arena. (Nightly program schedule are subject to change by the Rodeo Stock Contractor)

RELEASE/INDEMNITY

The undersigned, as parents/guardians, do hereby acknowledge that the event for which they are entering their child involves inherent risk of temporary or permanent injury and/or fatality and hereby voluntarily assume any and all risk arising out of and/or connected or associated with their child’s participation in the same. In acknowledgment thereof, the undersigned each, on behalf of themselves and their child, release, discharge, and acquit, and agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless, the Folsom Chamber of Commerce, a non-profit corporation, its officers, directors, agents, employees, staff, and members, affiliates, Flying U Rodeo Co., a corporation, its officers, directors, and shareholders, E.C. Rutherford, City of Folsom, its employees, agents, and officers, Cotton Rosser, and the spouses, heirs, executors administrators and assigns of all of the foregoing, together with any/all claims, demands, causes of actions, actions, suits, loss, costs, obligations or liabilities or assertions of damages, by reason of any injury to any person or persons, including those persons being released, from any cause or causes whatsoever in any way connected with the event. THIS RELEASE/INDEMNITY MUST BE SIGNED BY BOTH PARENTS OR GUARDIANS; IN THE EVENT THAT ONLY ONE PARENT OR GUARDIAN EXECUTES THIS RELEASE/INDEMNITY, SAID PARENT OR GUARDIAN CERTIFIES THAT HE OR SHE IS A SINGLE PARENT/ GUARDIAN OF THE CHILD.
