After your arrival in the USA, it is critical that you update the following information in order for your visa to remain active.

In addition, if you change either your work or residence you are required to update us with the relevant information.

You must validate your visa in our system within 5 days of arrival to the USA and every 30 days thereafter.

FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN VISA CANCELATION.

Information Update (check this if you are UPDATING your previous validation)

Monthly Check-In (check this if there is no change in your status and you are making your monthly contact)

Program Concluded (check this if you completed your ACAWE Exchange Program)
