Any SKYPE or CUSTOM video earns you points! For every minute you purchase THIS MONTH you get off in dollars the first week of the NEXT MONTH. For example if you buy 2 six minute skype shows this month, you receive $12 off your next skype show if purchased during the first week of the next month. If you order 2 fifteen minute custom videos this month, you receive $30 off your next custom video (& free HD) if ordered during the first week of the NEXT MONTH. (Only applies to HD custom video purchases.) 

SKYPE: If you go over your time, the additional minutes will be charged to your card after the show. It is your responsibility to keep track of the time. I will try to remind you, but if you go over your time you will be charged. It is your responsibility to know how SKYPE works and that yours is operating correctly. There will be no refunds for technical issues on your end. Your time starts at your appointment time or when the first CALL attempt occurs (whichever comes first.) If you hang up, have technical issues, have to go, or running late, etc your time still continues.

CUSTOMS: Basic custom rates cover 75% of requests I receive. However, there are situation where the custom clip price will be quoted & you will not use the "basic rate." You are welcom to send me your idea ahead of time for a quote. Sometimes it could be less or sometimes it could be more, but usually I will tell you to just order using the basic rates & add on options you choose. If you place an order and fail to apply the appropriate add ons, I will add them for you on my end and your card will be charged for that amount. Signin on the payment page means you agree to this, so don't try to cheat me & not add things in your request. They will be added anyhow.
