Terms of agreement:
The two parties listed below will adhear to an amicably agreed upon contract for collecting payments. The merchant (Internet Media Associates) and the provider (Individual model or production company listed in this application) are engaging in a vendor relationship where the provider retains 90% interest in products & services sold and the merchant retains 10% interest in products or services sold. Either party may cancel this agreement at any time for any reason. The merchant may ammend this agreement at any time with 10 days notice. In the event of termination of this contract, remaining funds will be held for no longer than 30 days before release to the provider.
Payments:
Internet Media Associates makes no claim on what you can and cannot sell. Use good judgement and act within local & national laws. Internet Media Associates simply acts as a gateway for payment processing, whereas the provider assumes all risks involved in sales.
To accept payments & receive payout from Internet Media Associates &/or its partners and subsidiaries (including PAYME, MyFavoriteModel, and Model Suite) you must be 18 years or older. Payments are made monthy via direct deposit. The pay period ends on the last day of the month with payouts processing 2 business days after the close of the month. Actual deposits may vary depending on your bank.
