2025 Timeline of Special Event Funding

November 15: Special event funding application submission process opens AT 8AM.
December 13: Special event funding application submission process closes AT 5PM. 
January10-February 7: Special event funding interviews & committee question period.
Awards announced and letters mailed out February 28.
April 1: Final invoices due to MLT.
 
*Late invoices will NOT be accepted for awarded funds. Invoices not received by April 1 will forfeit funds for 2025.*
 
*IMPORTANT*
Before you start, please know that the following are required to submit an application:
-A 5 year Plan 
-A Marketing Plan 
-A General Operating Plan
-Local Economic Impact Outline
-Copies of Budget Receipts / Budget 
-Previous year P & L (if applicable)
 
Please plan on this application taking approx. 1 hour to complete.
