By signing or submitting this registration form, and in consideration of receiving permission from the United States Army, Fort Gordon, The Fort Gordon Recreation Division and 442D Signal Battalion to participate in the 442D Tour de Gordon Riding The JETstream, March 16 2019, I hereby for myself, my heirs, my executors, administrators, and personal representatives, remiss, release and forever discharge the government of the United States of America from any or all Liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, including those for negligence, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or my property which may occur by reason of my participation in these activities or other incidents relating thereto.
