All Affiliate Group meeting space needs for the 2017 IAGG World Congress must be arranged through IAGG’s Meetings Department. Meeting space is only available to individuals or organizations attending the conference. Forms are accepted on a first come, first served basis and must be received by March 23, 2017 in order to be included in the onsite Program Book.
IAGG is not responsible for any financial obligations that result from your function(s) including audio-visual, food & beverage, special room set-up, etc.
Please send your completed form by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Forms with a check payment can be mailed to address at the bottom of page 2.
- A non-refundable fee of $300 is due to IAGG for reservation of the space. This fee is due upon submission of the space request form and must be received by March 23 to be included in the onsite Program Book, the 2017 IAGG website, the Itinerary Planner, and the mobile app. After March 23, the space reservation fee will increase to $425 and your event will not be listed in any promotional materials.
- Expect to receive notification of your meeting’s scheduled date/time/room assignment in April. We will let you know if we have any questions about your request in the meantime.
- The Affiliate Group is responsible for all food & beverage and audio-visual costs associated with the meeting. You will work directly with the facility partners to complete any necessary paperwork AND to arrange final payment for your requests. IAGG does not handle these arrangements.
- Due to high demand for meeting space, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to schedule your meeting. If we are unable to meet your request, we will refund the fee and refer you to a nearby hotel that may be able to assist you. Changes or edits to your meeting dates/times cannot be guaranteed.
