All packet materials must be submitted in English to this site no later than 11:59pm (PST) on July 29, 2024. Each award has its own criteria. Please review the respective award webpage for documents that must be submitted.

Upload a single nomination letter signed by at least 3 supporters *

MENTOR STATEMENT UPLOAD: statement from a mentor or advisor verifying that the work is primarily the student's. Maximum file size 512 KB. The file name must only be the abstract title & STATEMENT. *

MENTOR STATEMENT UPLOAD: statement from a mentor or advisor indicating the following: 1) at the time of abstract submission, the student was enrolled in a graduate program either part- or full-time; 2) the mentor endorses the submitted manuscript as one that merits consideration for such an award; 3) the manuscript represents the student’s own work. Maximum file size 512 KB. The file name must only be the abstract title & STATEMENT. *

CO-AUTHOR STATEMENT UPLOAD verifying that the work is primarily the applicant’s work: Maximum file size 512 KB. The file name must include be labeled as "Abstract title - STATEMENT" (ie: Falls - STATEMENT). *

NOT BLIND FILE UPLOAD: Maximum file size 5 MB. The file name must be the paper title and LAST NAME. *

LETTER OF SUPPORT: Advisor must confirm in writing that the participation of the student at the proposed meeting is import to the student's educational/professional advancement/development. Maximum file size 512 KB. *
