$50 Designation Fee

Employment Verification-MAE applicants must submit a letter from their past or current employer documenting that they have at least three (3) years of full-time experience in the area of mass appraisal. This letter can be scanned and uploaded.

Designation Fee-$50.00 each

Retake Fee-$25.00

The Application Fee must be received by GCD no later than May 1, 2025, to be considered.
