*Online ship to home orders will be profited out at 40% and are not eligible for any additional bonuses. Online ship to school profits are the same as the outline above. NEW POLICY PLEASE NOTE*Applicable taxes will be charged to the invoice amount of your cost of goods.

PRIZE PROGRAM

Would you like to include the Under The Sea Prize Program for your sellers? *By selecting this option you are opting to be enrolled in the prize program. An additional Prize Catalogue will be inserted into each seller package. Each student to participate will receive a prize based on the dollar amount they sell. The prizes will be added to each individual order. There will be a $25.00 charge for this program added to your final invoice.

By signing and submitting this form you are enrolling your organization in a fundraiser with DFS. A customer service agent will contact you shortly by email to confirm your booking. Once confirmed we will start processing your seller packages. We send all seller packages to the school/organization free of charge.
