Here at DFS we do our best to replace broken items for you. Please note it is standard that during our busy times these requests get processed slower than usual. To speed up the process please ensure all student names, item numbers and issues match the original order. We suggest waiting at least two weeks after your delivery before submitting your damage and missing form. DFS will send one shipment free of charge, any additional shipments may be subject to shipping charges.
