*Online ship to home orders will be profited out at 40% and are not eligible for any additional bonuses. Online ship to school profits are the same as the outline above. PLEASE NOTE*Applicable taxes will be charged to the invoice amount of your cost of goods.

How many seller packages will you need? We usually recommend one per seller or one per family. Each package includes the catalogue, order form and personalized letter. *

DATES FOR YOUR FUNDRAISER

Please choose the date deadline that you would like. You may changes your dates if need be, please choose the deadline that is most accurate at this time.

When would you like the seller packages to arrive at your location? *

Is there a specific date you would like on your letter to ensure all orders are placed in time? This would let the sellers know when they must return their order forms to you. If you would like us to omit dates from your letter please write omit. *

PRIZE PROGRAM

Would you like to include the Prize Program for your sellers? *By selecting this option you are opting to be enrolled in the prize program. An additional Prize Catalogue will be inserted into each seller package. Each student to participate will receive a prize based on the dollar amount they sell. The prizes will be added to each individual order.
