How do I ensure that I paid my membership dues?

If you are unsure whether or not you have paid dues for 2025 to register for the conference as a member, please send an email to events@theaapdn.org and we can verify this for you!

The deadline to submit abstracts has been extended to February 10th, 2025. You can submit your abstract here.

At this time, we cannot guarantee that all sessions of the conference will be recorded to view at a later date. We must receive permission from each speaker in order to record their sessions. If/when we do receive permission, we will be sure to update the website and this form with that information.

The APA requires participants to be present during the live, interactive workshop in order to receive CEs. In order to receive CEs for the conference 2025 sessions if you cannot attend live, you would need to register for the independent sessions through the Home Study program. Please note that we cannot guarantee that each session will be available through Home Study, and that Home Study is a separate product from conference registration.

Therefore, if you are looking to receive CEs and cannot attend the live sessions, we do not recommend registering for the 2025 conference.

Will journal club be recorded if I cannot attend live?

Will the workshops at the 2025 conference be recorded for viewing later? Can I receive CEs for viewing the recordings?

Journal club meetings are NOT recorded. Therefore, if you cannot attend live, we do not recommend registering for this event.

We do not have a complete list of courses that will be available for Home Study at this time for the 2025 conference. We will have a more comprehensive list as we get closer to the event.

It is important to note that we cannot guarantee that all courses will be available through the Home Study program after the conference. Therefore, if you cannot attend live and are wanting to receive CEs, we suggest that you do not register for the conference. Additionally, it is important to note that the Home Study program is a separate product from conference registration, so registering for the conference does not ensure that you will be able to receive CEs through Home Study.
