LAUNDRY DASH WAIVER

Laundry Dash will take the utmost care in cleaning and handling the clothing entrusted to us and will use processes that we believe best suit the nature and condition of each laundry tote. However, we cannot be held responsible for inherent weaknesses or defects in the material that may result in tearing or the development of small holes in the fabric that are not readily apparent to us prior to treatment.

When washing and drying, we cannot guarantee against fading and/or shrinking; or resist the destruction of fragile and soft tissues. Laundry Dash’s liability for any damaged item will not exceed $25 per garment, regardless of brand or condition. Total liability for losses per order cannot exceed $100. Payment for the Services are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Laundry Dash takes the utmost care in handling received clothing items to avoid misplacement or loss of items. Weight of items will be verified at pick-up and at delivery to ensure all pieces come back delivered. We are committed to providing you with the best online laundry experience.

- Laundry Dash is on its way to building its very own, state of the art, Laundromat that will feature a drive-by drop off window for pick-up and drop-offs

- Pickup times can be early or delayed, please try to have totes out on the font doorstep at least 1 hour prior to your scheduled pick-up time

- In the event of inclement weather, please do not leave laundry accessible to rain. Our dashers will reach out to you via phone to communicate how we will hand you your laundry totes

This Stripe Services Agreement includes this introduction, the General Terms, Definitions, Services Terms, and incorporated documents and terms (“Agreement”) and forms a legal agreement between Stripe, Inc.
