If you are notified of a successful jury, would you be interested in donating an item/commission for the silent auction of the Senior Services Evening for Alzheimer's Care, held annually in October, benefiting the Elizabeth and Tab Williams Adult Day Center? The Day Center is the only dually certified day care and day health center in Forsyth County providing personal care and innovative activities for older adults with dementia, memory loss, and other frailties. *
