The Texas Success Center, in collaboration with The Charles A. Dana Center and Complete College America, invites you to participate in your region's meeting about corequisite models to support underprepared students.
Building on meetings conducted by the Dana Center in the fall of 2017, this regional convening will situate corequisite models in the context of guided pathways and will include discussions of strategies for both math and English informed by rules approved by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.
At this one-day workshop, college teams will:
- Examine THECB rules regarding the implementation and scaling of corequisite models
- Continue to plan strategies for implementing and/or scaling corequisite models to 75% of underprepared students over the next three years
- Begin conversations to be continued at Pathways Institute #4
