2025 Event Organizer Advancement Fund Application

The 2025 USA Cycling Event Organizer Advancement Fund will provide grants to race promoters who are dedicated to lowering the barrier to entry for new cyclists by offering beginner, junior, or women’s clinics, paired with appropriate corresponding race categories. This program is intended to expand the reach of cycling events, engage new participants, and support the growth of diverse cycling communities across multiple disciplines (road, mountain bike, cyclocross, track).

In its second year, the Event Organizer Advancement Fund seeks to award $25,000 in grants to qualified applicants. Please review the full program requirements before applying.

Applications will be accepted until Friday, April 4, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET. No late entries will be accepted.
