Fee are not always deductd from your tax refund because of problems due to the Internal Revenue Services. Some of these problems are beyond 1st Infinity Tax Services control and therefore, we may not be able to electronically file the return. However, we will give you the prepared executed copy so you can send it to the service center handling your return.

If 1st Infinity Tax Services encounter problems, you will be notified immediately. You must provide us with current telephone numbers where you can be reached during the day or where we may leave a message.

If for some reason your refunds is held because of student loans, child support, EIC issuses, identity issues or any other federal debt, payment is still due for services rendered.

Anytime services are rendered for tax preparation, you must submit a valid driver's license or an ID card issued by the state.
