Kutzown University Parking Violation Appeal Form

Kutztown University allows a person to appeal a parking violation believed to have been issued in error. This appeal form must be completed within seven (7) calendar days of the issuance of the citation. To have an appeal considered beyond the 7-day grace period, a customer must file the appeal and attend the next meeting of the University Traffic Bureau. (The UTB meets every other Thursday that classes are in session. To verify the next meeting date, please call 610-683-4860.)

The following reasons are considered frivolous and not valid as a basis for appeal:
• Other vehicles were parked improperly
• Parked illegally for a short period of time
• Lack of knowledge of the regulations
• Inability to pay the amount of the fine
• No other place to park
• Did not receive tickets in the past when parked in a similar manner
