Nonprofit Exhibitor: $1,000

We welcome our non-profit medical organizations as partners of AVAHO. Your company or product will be listed within the virtual exhibit hall with clickable link through your company's (or product's) site.

Additional Opportunities

Registration Bags ($5,000) or Bag Inserts ($3,000):

Exhibitors may provide important literature to each All materials must be approved by AVAHO in advance. Pricing is based on maximum 4 pages and/or 4 ounce insert; premium charges may apply if exceeded. Sponsors may also choose to purchase the registration bags carried by all participants, with full-color branding provided on each bag. Registration bags will be mailed to online attendees.

Advertise on Whova Conference app: $3,000

Visible to all in-person and virtual conference attendees for 2 months. Limited to 5 companies. The ads will be rotating within the app. Companies must supply the approved advertising. No metrics will be provided. 

Educational Grants:  $15,000 - $100,000+

AVAHO accepts educational and in-kind support from corporations, foundations and other organizations that do not pose a conflict of interest to AVAHO or VA employees. Grants may be used to support CE-accredited training. Please contact AVAHO for more information.
