Registration Form

Once your registration form and waiver have been received, you will receive an email from the IGSA Committee confirming your acceptance. DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED EMAIL CONFIRMATION THAT YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN ACCEPTED. Once you have been accepted, please submit your $80 fee by cheque, payable to CIYC, and mail to the above address or online to payciyc@gmail.com. Interac e-Transfer instructions can be found at the end of this registration. When mailing a cheque, please mark on the outside of the envelope - IGSA. Our address is CIYC - IGSA, P.O. Box 214, Kingsville, ON N9Y 2E9. Receipts will be issued at the Meet and Greet. A detailed schedule will be posted to the website.

Waiver

In consideration of Cedar Island Yacht Club accepting this application, I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns release Cedar Island Yacht Club, its respective servants, agents or employees from any claims, demands, damages, actions or causes of action arising out of or as a consequence of any loss, injury or damage to my person or property incurred while attending at or participating in the Island Girls’ Sailing Adventure notwithstanding any such loss, injury or damage may have arisen by reason of the negligence of the Cedar Island Yacht Club, its servants, agents or employees. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, I further release any recourses which I may now or hereafter have resulting from any decision of the Cedar Island Yacht Club.

Payment to CIYC by Interac e-Transfer:

• Use the Interac e-Transfer payment option available at your on-line banking website;
• Send the payment via email to payciyc@gmail.com;
• You will be asked to select a security question and answer required to transfer the funds;
• If there is a message area, use it to indicate that payment is for IGSA registration;
• After completing the transfer, send a separate email to payciyc@gmail.com providing the e-transfer security answer - the exact wording (spelling, spacing, capitalization) is required for the transfer to be completed.
Note: The payment email is not opened until the corresponding security answer email is received. Regardless of the simplicity of the security question and answer, the separate security answer email is required.
Refund Policy

A full refund will be issued until May 1, 2017 and a $40 refund before May 30, 2017. There will be no refund after May 30, 2017.
