Dynamite Travel Scooters is a subsidiary under Dynamite Travel, LLC ("Dynamite Travel"). Dynamite Travel is an approved authorized retailer to conduct business with customers and travel suppliers including, but not limited to airlines, car rental agencies, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, wholesalers, consolidators, suppliers, and travel protection/insurance companies. You should only complete this form if you are using your credit card to purchase scooter rental services for yourself or other individuals known to you. Please fully complete and return this form to Dynamite Travel Scooters using the instructions provided below. The purpose of this Credit Card Authorization form is to comply with credit card acceptance rules with suppliers and to protect you the cardholder, Dynamite Travel Scooters, and Dynamite Travel, LLC from credit card fraud. This form must be completed and signed by the cardholder. Dynamite Travel, LLC and Dynamite Travel Scooters reserve the right to request additional information from the cardholder. If fraud is suspected, Dynamite Travel, LLC and Dynamite Travel Scooters reserve the right to deny this transaction. Dynamite Travel, LLC and Dynamite Travel Scotoers shall not be held responsible or held liable for any chargeback requests and/or credit card disputes that may come from the cardholder or their card company and/or bank. Your credit card authorization is a binding agreement for us to charge your card, and as such, you waive any right to a chargeback and/or credit card dispute in the case of cancellation for any cause (excepting fraud), including a force majeure event and agree to refund policies and procedures as outlined in Dynamite Travel' Scooter's terms and conditions. In the event that you/the client attempt to chargeback, reverse or recollect a trip payment already made without authorization from Dynamite Travel, LLC or Dynamite Traevl Scooters, we reserve the right to collect all additional costs, fees and expenses associated with such chargeback, reversal or recollection, including, without limitation, attorney fees. Credits/Refunds are not guaranteed due to global events or acts of God. ”Please be advised of the following fees:

There will be an initial minimum reservation deposit of $50 upfront for all scooter rental inquiries. Group, business, extensive, and/or complex scooter rental requests may be billed a higher deposit starting at $100 and higher. Please note that any changes in scooter rental requests or scope of work may result in additional fees billed after the deposit is paid. Please note that reservation deposit is nonrefundable once you are within 30 days of your travel dates. If full payment is not made by the deadline your reservation will be cancelled and you would need to pay a new deposit to confirm another reservation.

Upon confirming your scooter rental reservation Dynamite Travel Scooters will provide you with details including due dates, payments, and penalties with you. Please review your documents for accuracy upon receipt and understand that you may contact Dynamite Travel Scooters if you have any questions. It is imperative that you review all reservation information thoroughly as Dynamite Travel Scooters cannot be held responsible for due dates or payments missed as contracted. Penalties may include but are not limited to: complete cancellation and forfeiture of deposits and payments that have been paid.

Once you are in possession of your rental scooter please be sure that you have already reviewed the instruction manual. Dynamite Travel Scooters will not be held responsible and will not issue a refund if your scooter stops working if you are at fault due to not following instructions or have damaged the scooter. The scooter will be inspected upon pickup and you may incur additional costs if the scooter is found to be damaged.
