- Vendors interested in participating in the City of Easley Holiday Market must submit a completed application form by the specified deadline.
- Incomplete applications will not be considered.
- Vendors will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis, provided they meet all eligibility requirements.
- The number of participating craft vendors is limited based on space availability and event logistics.
- The City of Easley reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its discretion.
- Vendors are expected to be present and operational during the time frame of 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Otherwise, you jeopardize being selected for future City of Easley events.
- All spaces will be 10 ft by 10 ft.
- There will be no power supply for any of the spaces.
- There must be someone present at the booth at all times.
- We recommend that your booth be fully set up at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the event.
- Once payment has been processed, no refunds will be given.
- Submitting an application does not guarantee a spot at the event.
- Materials such as a tent(s) , table(s) , chair(s), etc. WILL NOT be provided. Vendors will have to bring their own.
- No tents larger than 10x10 (if you wish to bring a tent)
