Event Information for the Easley Holiday Market

Date: Saturday, December 7th, 2024
Time: 10:00 AM until 3:00 PM
Location: Larry Bagwell Gym
Vendor Fee: $25 per space
 
Application Deadline: Monday, November 11th by 11:00 PM
  • Vendors interested in participating in the City of Easley Holiday Market must submit a completed application form by the specified deadline.
  • Incomplete applications will not be considered.
  • Vendors will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis, provided they meet all eligibility requirements.
  • The number of participating craft vendors is limited based on space availability and event logistics.
  • The City of Easley reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its discretion.
  • Vendors are expected to be present and operational during the time frame of 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Otherwise, you jeopardize being selected for future City of Easley events. 
  • All spaces will be 10 ft by 10 ft.
  • There will be no power supply for any of the spaces.
  • There must be someone present at the booth at all times.
  • We recommend that your booth be fully set up at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the event.
  • Once payment has been processed, no refunds will be given.
  • Submitting an application does not guarantee a spot at the event. 
  • Materials such as a tent(s) , table(s) , chair(s), etc. WILL NOT be provided. Vendors will have to bring their own. 
  • No tents larger than 10x10 (if you wish to bring a tent)

  • Your card will NOT be charged immediately.
  • Submitting an application does NOT mean you will be accepted to be a part of the Easley Holiday Market.
  • You will receive notification as to whether or not you have been accepted after applications close on November 11th (if not sooner). 
  • For those who are accepted into the market, you will be contacted about when your card will be charged via E-mail. 
  • Information about day-of details will be released after the application period is over.
