Event Information for the Easley Holiday Market

Date: Saturday, December 7th, 2024

Time: 10:00 AM until 3:00 PM

Location: Larry Bagwell Gym

Vendor Fee: $25 per space

Application Deadline: Monday, November 11th by 11:00 PM

Vendors interested in participating in the City of Easley Holiday Market must submit a completed application form by the specified deadline.
Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Vendors will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis, provided they meet all eligibility requirements.
The number of participating craft vendors is limited based on space availability and event logistics.
The City of Easley reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its discretion.
Vendors are expected to be present and operational during the time frame of 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Otherwise, you jeopardize being selected for future City of Easley events.
All spaces will be 10 ft by 10 ft.
There will be no power supply for any of the spaces.
There must be someone present at the booth at all times.
We recommend that your booth be fully set up at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the event.
Once payment has been processed, no refunds will be given.
Submitting an application does not guarantee a spot at the event.
Materials such as a tent(s) , table(s) , chair(s), etc. WILL NOT be provided. Vendors will have to bring their own.
No tents larger than 10x10 (if you wish to bring a tent)

You will receive notification as to whether or not you have been accepted after applications close on November 11th (if not sooner).

Information about day-of details will be released after the application period is over.
