Terms and Conditions
By participating as a vendor in our event, you agree to the following terms regarding event logistics, selection process, event time, and breakdown:

Application Process:
- Vendors interested in participating in the Spring Fling must submit a completed application form by the specified deadline.
- Incomplete applications will not be considered.
- Vendors will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis, provided they meet all eligibility requirements.

Selection and Space:
- The number of participating craft vendors is limited based on space availability and event logistics.
- The City of Easley reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its discretion.
- All spaces will be a standard parking space (10 ft by 15 ft).
- Vendors must indicate on their application if they plan to stay past 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, as this will determine their placement at Old Market Square.

Event Time:
- Vendors are required to remain present and operational from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Failure to comply may jeopardize selection for future City of Easley events.
- Vendors have the option to remain until 8:00 PM to accommodate the final concert, which will take place from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM. Please indicate your preference on the application form, as it will affect booth placement.
- Vehicle Access: No vehicles will be allowed to enter the event area for breakdown purposes until after 6:00 PM (or 8:00 PM for extended-stay vendors).

Setup and Breakdown:
- Setup time will be from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM.
- Vehicle entry into the event area will be prohibited 30 minutes before the event begins following the closure of Old Market Square.
- Vehicles will be permitted to return for loading purposes only after 6:00 PM or 8:00 PM for extended-stay vendors.
- We recommend that your booth be fully set up at least 30 minutes before the start of the event.

Additional Details:
- Once payment has been processed, no refunds will be given.
- Materials such as tent(s), table(s), chair(s), etc., will not be provided. Vendors must bring their own equipment.
- No tents larger than 10x10 are permitted.
- There will be no power supply for any of the spaces.

- Submitting an application does not guarantee a spot at the event.
- The City of Easley reserves the right to assign booth locations based on logistical needs and vendor preferences (such as extended stay until 8:00 PM).
