Facilities Management Industry Census:
Trends & Insights 2017-18

For the past five years, the Facility Management Association of Australia, in partnership with Programmed Facility Management and supported by the Facilities Management Association of New Zealand, has undertaken an annual facilities management industry census covering Australia and New Zealand.
 
The data gathered through this survey has created an invaluable resource that clearly identifies and tracks issues affecting the industry, highlights current trends, and delivers meaningful insights to help assess future trends.
 
This census would not be possible without regular ongoing input from industry participants. Your participation is vital to continue building our understanding and to maintain an accurate and holistic view of the industry. As such, we invite all those involved in the FM supply chain, including purchasers, practitioners, and goods and services suppliers, to take part in the 2017-2018 FM Industry Census Trends & Insights survey.
