The 2025 Innovative Partnership in Roadway Safety Award Nomination Form

This award recognizes notable achievements in roadway safety by businesses. Submissions may include traffic safety programs, initiatives or resources that advance the ongoing work of SHSOs and GHSA and help them address the safety problems of today while preparing for the challenges of tomorrow. This can include activities such as grant programs, awareness campaigns, research projects, toolkits and publications. Safety areas include – but are not limited to – occupant protection, impaired driving, speeding or aggressive driving, community engagement, driver distraction, law enforcement, traffic records, emergency medical services and bicyclist, motorcyclist or pedestrian safety.

IMPORTANT: Please read before beginning your nomination!

Winners are expected to submit relevant images, photos and/or b-roll that GHSA will use to produce a short video. GHSA will work with the winners to record a brief interview for inclusion in the videos. The awards will be presented at the GHSA 2025 Annual Meeting in Pittsburgh, PA.

Deadline — The deadline for nominations is April 4. The winner will be selected and notified in May.
Travel Expenses — GHSA has limited funding for travel reimbursement. Requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
