2025 Kathryn J.R. Swanson Public Service Award Nomination Form

This honor is presented to an individual who, like the award's namesake, has made notable improvements in the management or implementation of a roadway safety program or policy, or provided outstanding service to GHSA, federal safety agencies, and/or state and national highway safety organizations.
