I've never volunteered
Each year, we look for team captains to help us lead our volunteer crews. This is a great opportunity for returning volunteers to continue to give back to the ONA community, helping us create a stellar experience for our dedicated volunteers and for every attendee. It may entail welcoming and orienting volunteers, managing a team, liaising with the ONA team, and more. Would like to be considered for a team captain role? If so, please check the box below.

We strive to make volunteering as accessible as possible, and some roles entail longer periods of standing, mobility between venues, ability to manage quick communication via Slack, or working in noisy environments. Please note here any mobility or accessibility needs that we should take into account in finding a great role for you.
We're always looking for ways to improve the volunteer experience. Please share your feedback or recommendations with us.
