IFAC 2025 Annual Meeting Registration Form

Thank you for registering for the IFAC 2025 Annual Meeting taking place January 21-23 at the Canopy by Hilton Hotel in San Antonio, Texas.

Please complete the registration form to confirm your attendance and submit payment. A coupon code has been provided to Board member representatives as each member company now has one free meeting registration. There is also a separate section for members who would like to sponsor the Annual Meeting.

Attendee Rates are listed below:

Early Bird: $650 (Before December 17, 2024)

Standard: $800 (After December 17, 2024)

Attendees may make hotel reservations at the member rate of $249/night + fees & taxes. Click here to make your reservation and note the cut-off date for making reservations under the IFAC rate is December 30, 2024. If a travel agent code is required please use this number: 11520725.
