State and Area Officer Request Form

*IMPORTANT: You must provide at least 21 days prior notice to your event in order to secure an officer!
Please note that before any State FFA Officer visit can take place, a request form must be completed and submitted to the FFA Office. An officer will then be assigned and approval of this request will be returned to you as confirmation.
Officers are assigned based on availability and geographic location. Please work with us to minimize travel costs.
