Exhibitor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Martial Arts Industry Association (“MAIA”), the 2017 Martial Arts SuperShow 2017 ("2017 MASS"), Century LLC (“Century”), the MGM Grand and each of their subsidiaries and affiliates, members, shareholders, officers, directors and employees, from any and all manner of claims, demands, damages, causes of action or suits which now exist or which may ever exist for any reason whatsoever and particularly any claims in any way arising from involvement with the 2017 MASS. Exhibitor's liability shall include all losses, costs, damages, or expenses arising from or out of or by reason of any accident or bodily injury or other occurrences to any person or persons, including the Exhibitor, its agents, employees, and use of the exhibition premises, the Hotel, or any part thereof.
As a participant ("Participant") in the 2017 MASS, I understand that I may from time to time be involved in martial arts or other activities whereby I can suffer injury or other harm. In exchange for the benefits of participating in the 2017 MASS, I hereby release and discharge the MAIA, the 2017 MASS, Century, the MGM Grand, and each of their parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and each of their officers, directors, agents, employees, and independent contractors from any and all manner of claims, demands, damages, causes of action, or suits which now exist of which may ever exist for any reason whatsoever and particularly any claims in any way arising from my involvement with the 2017 MASS.
The MASuperShow is an educational/tradeshow experience for martial art professionals. Exhibitors and attendees are requested to dress in business/business casual attire. Tank tops and pants/shorts/skirts shorter than knee length are considered inappropriate for the tradeshow and seminars.
