EVENT REGISTRATION

Online pre-registration closes on May 22 at noon PDT – please contact Jessica Ingram at jessica@memsjournal.com or call at 360.929.0114 regarding registering at the door.

Please choose one of the following three options:

Standard registration
($575) -- includes one (1) conference admission, breakfast, lunch, refreshment breaks, reception, and printed conference proceedings.

Discounted standard registration ($475) -- for MEPTEC MEMS Technology Symposium paid attendees, exhibitors and speakers; includes one (1) conference admission, breakfast, lunch, refreshment breaks, reception, and printed conference proceedings.

Reception-only registration (Free) -- includes one (1) admission to the reception from 5:00 to 6:30 (includes appetizers and drinks).

Cancellation Policy
• Substitutions from the registrant's organization are allowed at any time, free of charge
• Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event will be refunded minus a 10% processing fee
• Cancellations made 5 to 29 days before the event will be refunded minus a 50% processing fee
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 0-4 days before the event (e.g. after May 19, 2013)
• No-shows to the event will not be refunded
• All requests for cancellations must be made in writing (email to events@memsjournal.com or fax to 734.239.7409) and received by the dates listed above for a refund to be issued
• MEMS Journal is not responsible for refunds for hotel accommodations or travel expenses *
