2023 November Boys Attacker w/Setter Labs with Ken Shibuya

This will be a mix of detailed technical training on attacking and actual attack patterns with setters. Ken has the most advanced training methods and tools to help you learn to hit with more power and less injury. He can help you reach your potential as a dynamic attacker. We will also delve into hitter-setter connection as setters are invited to join this lab (limited to 4 setters). We will train how to hit faster tempo and backrow sets. We will also train transition attacking.
