MVVC Financial Aid Request

The availability of financial aid at MVVC is due to generous donations that has been gifted for the purpose of encouraging young players to participate in club volleyball. Financial aid may be offered to selected families that show both an appreciation that participation in team sports is an important part of the growth of young players and exhibit financial need. MVVC offers financial aid completely at our discretion. Financial aid is a gift, with the expectation that the player and/or family will contribute their time in helping out somewhere in our program. Any aid that is offered is considered to be confidential. We only ask that your son or daughter play to the best of his or her ability and give exceptional effort and dedication to the team.

1. Parent(s) W-2 Forms. (These forms must match the total earnings on the corresponding tax return.)
2. A copy of last year's income tax return.
